Oliver Baker co-founded Transon Management Limited in July 2015 after 25 years Investment Banking and seven years owning and running Fox Wire Limited in Sheffield.

Transon is an interim management and consultancy service that provides support to SMEs seeking to raise equity (to expand, MBO, sale of equity etc.) where they need outside help to succeed at an appropriate valuation. The challenges faced could include: creating a rounded management team, improving strategy, creating a back-able business plan, or how to overcome a poor financial track record. Transon works with the management team “hands–on” to get the business fit to transact.

Transon’s team has over 20 years’ management experience and 30 years’ transaction experience, and has successfully raised over £800m of Private Equity and debt funding for UK businesses.
