Level 3 – Open to 3rd year UG students as a discovery module

LUBS3013 Enterprise Consultancy – Semester 1

This module aims to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for students to acquire and develop a deep understanding of how enterprises (including social and other 3rd sector organisations) combine business practices with effecting change, specifically the creation of new opportunities.

In addition, students will develop a wider range of personal skills through working in collaboration with an organisation outside the University on a project relevant to the needs of the organisation and to academic study for a degree in business or other programmes.  This module is approved as a discovery module.

LUBS3306 Critical Perspective in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship – Semester 2

This module explores cutting edge topics and practices in the Enterprise and Entrepreneurship field. It is suitable for final year students who wish to consider entrepreneurship through a critical and discursive lens. It is taught though interactive workshop blocks of 2 hours every week.  This module is approved as a discovery module.
