Emma Woods

An expert in antique silver, Emma Woods spent her earlier career in London as the cataloguer of the Queen's silver at Buckingham Palace. After moving to Yorkshire, Emma became the owner of the last sawmill in Helmsley.

The mill manufactured and retailed bespoke gates, fencing and other timber products which were sold throughout the UK to both members of the public and the trade. Under Emma's leadership, it went from being a loss-making business that only dealt with local trade customers to a strong company that dealt with B2B and B2C throughout the UK, as well as exporting to Europe.
