Raghav Kanoria
Raghav Kanoria is a passionate advocate for innovation, entrepreneurship, and social impact. He was part of the CII Innovation Task Force for two years and is a regular speaker at Horasis—a global forum founded by a former World Economic Forum director—where he shares insights on innovation and cross-border business with India.
He is a Trustee of Neervan, an NGO in India, and Founding Trustee of Glorious Sports, which promotes cricket and youth development. He also runs Neoleap Accelerator, supporting startups in East India through mentorship and strategic advice.
Raghav is a pioneer in East India’s startup ecosystem. He co-founded the Calcutta Angels Network, one of India’s top angel networks—groups of investors who fund and mentor early-stage startups. To further strengthen support for entrepreneurs, he later co-founded Neoleap.
Currently, he is a Partner at Anchor Group in Switzerland, an investment firm working with Series A and B companies in Europe and the US. He also advises on cross-border joint ventures in sectors like energy, mobility, and automation.
Raghav continues to speak at global events and serves as a jury member for entrepreneurship and innovation forums across India.
