Rebecca Padgett recently moved to CEES. Alongside her teaching role, Rebecca delivers on many of our Executive Education Programmes, designs and hosts our Small Business Leaders Forum and the LUBS Executive Guest Speaker series. This year she delivered 3 keynotes to influential business groups, presented her employability research to Advance HE and has had a paper published in a teaching and scholarship journal.
