Saile Villegas
Saile Villegas is the co-founder and Director of Seeai, a multi-award-winning software development company.
She is a recipient of Innovate UK's Women in Innovation Award, which showcases high-potential female business leaders with game-changing innovations and ambitious plans to inspire future entrepreneurs. Saile also holds the prestigious Global Exceptional Talent Visa, awarded to outstanding individuals making significant contributions to the UK's digital technology sector.
Originally from Mexico, Saile holds an MSc in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Leeds. With deep expertise in AI and automation, she empowers businesses across industries, including healthcare, aviation, insurance, marketing, and manufacturing by developing tailored technology solutions that streamline processes and drive growth. Since founding Seeai, she has led over 60 projects, combining technical excellence with creative problem-solving to help clients unlock the true value of technology.
A passionate advocate for the Leeds tech community, and as a Leeds Digital Festival Ambassador, Saile actively contributes to panel discussions and speaks at events promoting diversity and inclusion in the technology industry.
