Another great year for MSc Enterprise Students!

We love our end of term photos of the 2016-17 MSc Enterprise cohort! Of course it is always that sunny in Leeds... 🙂

We've been publishing stories about their activities throughout the year but to bring everything together, here is a selection of some of our activities over the year:

• We finished 2016 with visits to two high-growth SMEs in Leeds.  The visits were a celebration of a busy term for the MScs and ended in a trendy curry bar in the city centre.  Details here: https://cees.leeds.ac.uk/news/msc-enterprise-students-end-the-semester-with-company-visits/.
• Earlier in December our MScs developed ideas for “pop up” businesses and ran their businesses for a day to see how much money they could make – all great fun!: https://cees.leeds.ac.uk/news/enterprise-awareness-pop-up-at-the-business-school/.
• In October we introduced our new MScs to local businesses and staff and fellow enterprise students from around the university in our “Networking & Nibbles” event in the city centre: https://cees.leeds.ac.uk/food-and-games-for-enterprise-students-in-our-first-networking-event-of-the-year/.
• And we started last term with as “Dragons’ Den” competition where the students had to pitch a business ideas to local entrepreneurs for prizes: https://cees.leeds.ac.uk/dragons-den-the-enterprise-challenge/.

And the year is not over yet... we're all looking forward to a trip to Halifax in early June to see some businesses there.
